Application
Turmeric is one of the main components of the curry mixture. It is one of the favorite spices of the East. To give a yellow color and spicy taste, it is added to meat, fish, rice, vegetable dishes, marinades for fish, dough, porridge, pilaf, soups. Turmeric is added to pilaf before adding rice. Storage conditions
Store in dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouses free from pests, at a relative humidity of no more than 75% and a temperature of no more than 20°C.
