Cassia

Aromatic Excellence. Naturally Harvested

Didwaniya Group offers premium-quality Cassia in various forms — whole sticks, rolls, bark, and finely ground powder — sourced from trusted cultivators. Known for its bold flavor, rich aroma, and essential oil content, our cassia products are processed and packaged to meet global standards for the food, flavoring, and health industries.

Cassia is derived from the inner bark of a small evergreen tree belonging to the Lauraceae family. Once harvested, the bark is delicately stripped and left to dry, naturally curling into the familiar quills or rolls that are later cut into pieces. These light brown, aromatic sticks are more than just a spice — they’re an ancient treasure passed down through centuries of culinary and medicinal use.

Cassia is cherished for its distinct aroma — a warm, sweet, and spicy fragrance that instantly evokes feelings of comfort and indulgence. Its flavor mirrors its scent: sweetish-spicy, delicate, and soothing on the palate. Whether used in baking, beverages, curries, or even perfumes, cassia brings a rich complexity that enhances both sweet and savory creations.
