Bulk refined rapeseed oil in food-grade containers — Didwaniya Group premium edible oil from Russia/Ukraine

Rapeseed Oil

Heart-Healthy. Light & Versatile

Didwaniya Group supplies high-quality rapeseed oil sourced from leading crushing regions in Russia and Ukraine. Our rapeseed oil is carefully processed to preserve a clean, light flavor and a favorable fatty-acid profile, making it ideal for food manufacturers, bulk buyers, and culinary professionals seeking consistent edible oil performance.

Rapeseed oil—often marketed as canola-type when produced from low-erucic varieties—is a neutral-flavored vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the rapeseed plant (Brassica napus). Produced by mechanical pressing and/or solvent extraction followed by refining, our rapeseed oil delivers a pale-golden appearance, smooth mouthfeel, and mild aroma that don't overpower finished foods. Thanks to its balanced composition of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, it is favored by food processors and chefs for frying, baking, and dressings where a light, clean oil is required.

Russia and Ukraine are historically important origins for rapeseed supply, offering large crop volumes and reliable logistics for bulk export. At Didwaniya Group we source from trusted growers and adhere to strict quality-control standards—testing for purity, oxidative stability, and compliance with edible-oil specifications—so buyers receive oil that meets industrial and retail needs.

Application

Rapeseed oil is extremely versatile across the food industry. It is widely used for deep and shallow frying, bakery shortening, margarine manufacture, salad dressings, and mayonnaise due to its neutral taste and good frying stability. Food manufacturers use it as a blending oil to optimize cost and fatty-acid profiles, while processors appreciate its suitability for hydrogenation and high-volume cooking. Outside food, rapeseed oil also finds uses in salad oil blends, industrial lubricants, and certain cosmetic formulations where a light, non-greasy emollient is required.

Storage Condition

Store in clean, dry, food-grade containers or stainless-steel tanks in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight. Maintain ambient temperature at or below 20°C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Minimize exposure to air and moisture—use nitrogen blanketing for long-term storage to preserve freshness and oxidative stability.
