Groundnut Oil
Nutty. Culinary Confidence
Didwaniya Group supplies premium-grade groundnut (peanut) oil — cold-pressed and refined options available — known for its clean, mild nutty flavor and excellent frying performance. Sourced from carefully selected kernels and processed under strict hygiene standards, our groundnut oil offers consistency, long shelf life, and suitability for both industrial and household culinary uses.
Groundnut oil is extracted from the seeds of the peanut plant (Arachis hypogaea). Valued for its pleasant nutty aroma and high stability, groundnut oil contains a favorable balance of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, making it a popular choice for everyday cooking as well as commercial food production. Depending on processing (cold-pressed vs. refined), the oil can range from a robust, flavorful profile to a light, neutral oil ideal for high-temperature frying.
India is one of the world’s leading producers of groundnuts, and Didwaniya Group partners with trusted growers to ensure oil extracted from selected, high-quality kernels. Our processing lines maintain strict quality controls — from seed grading to filtration and storage — to deliver an oil that meets the needs of restaurants, manufacturers, and retail customers worldwide.

Application
Groundnut oil is highly versatile: it’s widely used for deep frying and high-heat cooking due to its stability, in shallow frying and sautéing where a pleasant nutty note is desired, and in dressings or marinades (refined/light grades) for balanced flavor. Beyond culinary uses, groundnut oil finds applications in food processing (snack production, confectionery), cosmetics and skincare formulations, and certain industrial uses where a plant-based, stable oil is preferred.
Storage Condition
Store in dry, clean, and well-ventilated warehouses away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Use food-grade, airtight containers (tanks or dark glass/food-grade drums) and maintain a temperature not exceeding 20°C–25°C to preserve freshness. Avoid exposure to moisture and contaminants; under correct storage, shelf life for refined groundnut oil is typically up to 12 months from production (subject to packaging and storage conditions).
